Before and after bedroom set.

Okay so I bought this bedroom set a few weeks ago and have been waiting for the right time to paint it. It is this great vintage dresser that I love lots of details.

This little side table is to go with it. Just a pretty common not so cute side table right..

WRONG Look at how cute they are now with a little tlc.

I didn't get a before pic of this vanity mirror that goes with the dresser but look at how beautiful this turned out just love it

I distressed them and antique glazed them and I think they are very farm house cozy. I love the 7 drawer dresser I am still having a hard time deciding to put it in the shop lol

It is in great condition and I love the look and storage space !

new fav makeup look /atoned

So a while back I bought a new shadow from Nessa. It is called atoned and I love it. It is a white that isn't matte and isn't glittery but a sheen and I used it pretty much every day. I use it to highlight under my brow and as a highlighter on the top of my cheek bones to give a glow

I in this look I have it on the inner part of my lid and under the brow

then I used macchiato in the crease and Mocha (the liner) stamped on the outer v of my lid then I blend it.

I think it is a pretty look that draws attention to the eyes with out being over the top like a entirely smokey eye can sometimes do.

and the atoned on the cheek bones gives you a pretty glowing look! This has been one of my go to looks lately.

His and Hers

Hey been a while since you have seen any of these....socks. We were teaching some of the knitters in my knit group how to knit socks two at a time toe up. I was helping julie and she was using comfort sock and I thought it looked soo cozy so I grabbed some for my self and set to work that night working on socks for my hubby.

These flew off my needles in a matter of days even with work and other things going on. I used the weasley homestead pattern. They are comfy and my hubby loves them and they hug the foot nicely but they aren't plain boring rubbin so they have a bit of interest.

Then not over the sock bug yet I threw some on my needles for my self. These are cookie a baudelaires. I am not sure if they will stay and be mine or if I am going to gift them to one of the lovely ladies in my life :)

They are comfy sock yarn too and they are comfy for sure.

Well I am off to get some more things done around here before my hubby shows up back home from training in the cities. :)
